If Something Is Not Right, We Will Make It Right. Here Is How It Works.

You have [30] days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it. The first size exchange is free.

How To Return An Item

    Email us at hello@yourstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

    We will send you return instructions within 1 to 2 business days. If your item is faulty or damaged, we will send a prepaid return label.

  3. 03

    Once we receive your item, we will send your refund or new item within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Conditions

    Items should be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Please include all tags and accessories that came with the item.

  • Faulty Or Damaged Items

    Tell us within 7 days of delivery, send us a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full. We will also cover the return shipping.

  • International Customers

    If you are returning an item because of size or a change of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item arrived faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded by us.

  • Refunds

    Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. You will get an email as soon as we have processed it.
